GIVE YOUR STRESS WINGS

STRESS FREE !!

With the outbreak of pandemic all of us were trapped to homes.Being in a one place without meeting friends neighbors , without going to other places is not easy at all.As humans are social beings we need to surround our selves with our loved ones.And enjoy the life.But due to the pandemic restrictions happened to our social lives.Additionally due to the Covid-19 it made us feel anxiety.With all these it made us feel stressful.

From this I expect to discuss some short term techniques which I use to relieve stress and psychology behind those simple but powerful techniques.If you love you can try too !

1) Being with the nature

Nature is the best stress reliever.If you can spend five ten minutes in the nature it can relieve the stress.The greenery vision will boost your mental health.According to biophilia theory , as humans we all have innate tendency to connect with nature.From ancient times we have tendency to be with nature.If you are in an urban place and no greenery vision to see it's okay. Just go outside in a stressful day and just look at the sky above you.See how clouds are moving, how birds are flying freely.How nicely stars are blinking , See the moon.Just observe the sky.You'll feel like your all troubles are taking away with clouds.Just don't think or pay attention to other things but just look at the sky.
I guarant that you'll feel super free.Because it is a meditation.
Try to spend even ten fifteen minutes with nature everyday.

2) Drawing

Drawing , coloring always relieve the stress.As stated in previous articles colors have powers.When you are working with colours it helps you to get out the current mood or it act as a catharsis to vomit out all the stressors , emotions.And also when drawing we pay our full attention to the art so it act as a meditation too.
From here it activate the child inside you.This will help to keep all your problems troubles aside for a while.

3) Petting

Having a pet is always a best feeling to have.Once you feel stressed just pet your dog or cat it would take your stress away.According to a study it has found that by petting cat or a dog it reduce the cortisol levels which is a stress hormone.

These are the best three ways I usually use to relieve stress.If you love to you can try these techniques.
